Once the overall plan and rough budget are approved, we move into the basic design stage, where we begin refining the details of your future home. 

We’ll continue discussions on layout and specifications to create a final proposal and estimate. If the initial plan exceeds the budget, we’ll help prioritize and adjust as needed to bring everything into balance. 

When the design, specifications, and cost are all in agreement, we’ll move forward with signing the construction contract. 

Together, we’ll finalize all the details—from material colors and fixtures to shelf heights and finishes. Behind the scenes, we prepare construction schedules and coordinate materials and craftsmen. 

To bless the land and pray for safe construction and a lasting home, we hold a traditional ceremony before construction begins. 

Now, your home starts to take shape. Throughout the build, we conduct inspections in line with progress, including third-party checks by organizations like JIO (The Japan Institute of Orthodontists). 

The framework goes up, and we install the ridge beam. A few weeks later, we meet on-site to walk through everything you’ve chosen so far and confirm it all together. 

Our team conducts a final check to ensure everything is as planned. Once confirmed with you, we hand over the keys to your new home. 

Even after you’ve moved in, we remain available to listen, check in, and support you. Your comfort and peace of mind are part of our long-term commitment.
